Healthy way to reduce menopausal symptoms
At some point in life, every woman must face the changes occurring with age. For most, menopause is the period of a woman’s life beginning anywhere from 40-50 years of age, characterized by stopping the menstrual cycle. Many women also complain of problems related to loss of concentration or memory capacity, which can have consequences on professional activities or relationships
